Our Collision Repairs Process

Before bringing your car to our auto repair shop, you need to inform your insurance company about the accident details. If your insurance agent doesn't have their claim number or insurance estimate when they come in for an estimate, they should at least have an adjuster with them.

If your vehicle has sustained minor damage, we can give you an estimate with just pictures. For major damage, we'll inspect your vehicle at our shop. If your car is deemed a wreck and cannot be repaired, it will be sent to the salvage yard. Your insurance company will handle the tow bill and storage fees.

Cars manufactured between 2014 and 2016, or later require a lot of plastic parts as opposed to older model cars which need more metal components. If you've been in a fender bender, it's your choice if you want to pay out of your pocket or have your insurance company pay for it.
