What to Expect: Our Repair Process
Before stopping by, be sure to notify your insurance provider about the accident. If they don’t yet have a claim number or estimate, they should at least send an adjuster to your estimate appointment. For minor collisions, we can often give you an estimate using photos. For major damage, we’ll need to inspect the vehicle in person. In cases where the car is beyond repair, it will be sent to a salvage facility. Your insurance provider will manage any towing or storage fees.
Important Tip:
Newer vehicles (2014–2016 and up) often use more plastic parts compared to older cars, which are more metal-based. In the event of a small fender bender, you can choose whether to cover costs yourself or go through your insurance—it’s entirely up to you.
